About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals for their next training class in July 2026. As a Design Consultant, you will visit residential homes for pre-scheduled appointments to conduct sales presentations. Your role will be to provide homeowners with the necessary information to make an immediate decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a one-call close sales role with no project management or follow-up required.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
