About The Position

System Pavers is seeking a motivated and outgoing Outside Sales Consultant to join their growing sales team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners to understand their outdoor living needs, discuss design options, provide project estimates, and help bring their visions to life. This position offers significant earning potential, with first-year performers expected to make $125k+ and top performers exceeding $200k. As a W-2 employee, you will receive full benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401K with company match. Requirements

  • Comfortable using basic office programs and learning new technology.
  • Must have your driver’s license and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Make initial contact with clients via company generated appointments and build rapport.
  • Accurately uncover and assess customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space.
  • Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions.
  • Maintain a homeowner-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the construction department to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contractors, etc.
  • Generate leads in your personal pipeline in tandem with the company leads.
