About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals to join their next training class in July 2026. As a Design Consultant, you will visit residential homes for pre-scheduled appointments to conduct sales presentations. Your role will be to provide homeowners with the necessary information to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a one-call close sales role with no project management or follow-up required.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
