This role focuses on closing deals with company-generated, pre-qualified leads, allowing sales consultants to concentrate on closing rather than prospecting. The position offers uncapped earning potential, with average earnings between $120,000–$200,000+ annually, and top performers earning over $200,000+. Additional bonuses are available for self-generated leads. Requirements
- Post-secondary education (or equivalent experience).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Flexibility to travel locally for home visits.
- Highly motivated and disciplined. You own your day.
- Availability during evenings and some Saturdays — that’s when the magic happens!
- 3–5 years of commission sales experience is strongly preferred.
