About The Position

We are a 40+ year estate planning company serving the senior market. We provide warm, qualified leads and comprehensive support, allowing you to focus on consultative, face-to-face sales. This role is ideal for experienced outside sales professionals who are self-motivated, competitive, and seeking a supportive environment with uncapped commission potential. You will meet with clients, educate them on estate planning options, and guide them to solutions that protect their assets and bring peace of mind. No insurance licensing, underwriting, or medical hoops are required.

Requirements

• Proven success in outside or in-home consumer sales (insurance, home improvement, final expense, solar, home services, etc.)
• Self-motivated, competitive, and hungry to win
• Clear communication, confident presentation, and ability to build trust quickly
• Comfortable in a commission-only environment when the support and leads are real

• Meet with qualified seniors and families in a consultative, face-to-face setting
• Ask questions, listen, and educate them on simple estate planning options
