About The Position

The Assurance Group (TAG) is seeking to hire and train new agents for their National Marketing Organization. While experienced insurance agents are welcome, no prior experience is necessary, and the company often prefers candidates from other industries such as bartending, serving, teaching, healthcare, or the military. This role involves meeting clients, primarily senior adults, in person to represent products like life insurance, health insurance, and fixed index annuities. A reliable vehicle is required as this is not a remote position.

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be good with people, especially Senior Adults.
• Clean background (no felonies).
• United States citizen (we do not sponsor).

Nice To Haves

• 2-3 years sales experience desired but not required (we train).

Responsibilities

• Meeting with potential clients who requested information.
• Helping clients understand what they qualify for.
• Representing TAG products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).
