About The Position

The Assurance Group (TAG) is seeking to hire and train new agents for its National Marketing Organization. While experienced agents are welcome, no prior insurance experience is necessary, and the company often prefers candidates from other industries such as bartending, serving, teaching, healthcare, or the military. This role involves visiting clients, primarily senior adults, in person, so it is not a remote position and requires reliable transportation. Agents will meet with potential clients who have requested information to help them understand their qualifications for life insurance, health insurance, and fixed index annuities.

Requirements

• Self-motivated
• Reliable transportation
• Good with people, especially Senior Adults
• Clean background (no felonies)
• United States citizen (we do not sponsor)

Nice To Haves

• 2-3 years sales experience desired but not required (we train)
