About The Position
The Assurance Group (TAG) is seeking to hire and train new agents for their National Marketing Organization. While experienced agents are welcome, no prior insurance experience is necessary, and the company often prefers candidates from other industries such as bartending, serving, teaching, healthcare, or the military. This role involves visiting clients, primarily senior adults, in person to present life insurance, health insurance, and fixed index annuities. A reliable vehicle is required as this is not a remote position.
Requirements
- Must be self-motivated.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be good with people, especially Senior Adults.
- Clean background (no felonies).
- United States citizen (we do not sponsor).
Nice To Haves
- Experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply.
- 2-3 years sales experience desired but not required.
Responsibilities
- Visit clients, mostly senior adults, in person.
- Meet with potential clients who requested information.
- Help clients understand what they qualify for.
- Represent TAG's products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).
