About The Position

The Assurance Group (TAG) is seeking to hire and train new agents for its National Marketing Organization. While experienced agents are welcome, no prior insurance experience is necessary, as TAG has a successful track record of training individuals from diverse backgrounds such as bartending, serving, teaching, healthcare, and the military. This role involves meeting clients, primarily senior adults, in person, and requires a reliable vehicle. Agents will be responsible for meeting with potential clients who have requested information and assisting them in understanding their qualifications for various products including life insurance, health insurance, and fixed index annuities.

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be good with people, especially Senior Adults.
• Must have a clean background (no felonies).
• Must be a United States citizen (no sponsorship).
• 2-3 years sales experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with potential clients in person, primarily senior adults.
• Helping clients understand what they qualify for.
• Representing products such as life insurance, health insurance, and fixed index annuities.
