Outside Sales Advisor, No Cold-Calling, Leads, Training, and Great Culture
About The Position
The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents for our National Marketing Organization. While experienced insurance agents are welcome, no experience is necessary. We often prefer candidates from other industries such as bartending, serving, teaching, healthcare, or former military, and provide training to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities). This role involves visiting clients in person, so it is not a work-from-home position and requires a reliable vehicle. We provide fresh leads, a large carrier lineup, freedom to set your own hours, thorough training, ongoing support, and a friendly sales community. The primary duty is meeting with potential clients who have requested information and helping them understand their qualifications.
Requirements
- Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales role!)
- Must have or be willing to obtain Life Insurance License (fairly simple process)
- Must have reliable transportation (We meet with clients in person)
- Must be good with people
