About The Position

The Assurance Group (TAG) is seeking a consultative health and life insurance representative. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and integrity who are passionate about helping people. While experienced insurance agents are welcome, no prior experience is necessary, and the company often prefers candidates from other industries such as bartending, serving, teaching, healthcare, or the military. TAG provides fresh leads at no cost, in-house appointment setters, a large carrier lineup, and the flexibility to set your own hours. Comprehensive free training and ongoing support are provided within a friendly sales community. This is a 100% commission 1099 role with a pathway to W2, operating from a home office but requiring in-person client meetings. TAG has been a leader in the insurance industry since 1988, experiencing significant annual growth and operating nationwide with multiple regional offices. Requirements

• Teachable
• Self-motivated
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Health & Life Insurance License
• Reliable transportation
• Good with people

Responsibilities

• Represent TAG products (life, health, and fixed index annuities).
• Meet with clients in person for appointments.
