About The Position
Warhorse Rentals, Five Star Equipment's light construction and aerial equipment rental division, is looking for a relationship-driven Outside Rental Sales Representative to help grow the local market in Dunmore, PA. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships, capture local rental growth, and develop a six-figure sales career with premium equipment and a supportive team. The position involves a high-activity field rhythm through jobsite visits, customer meetings, ride-alongs, and equipment demonstrations. The representative will identify new projects and accounts, deepen relationships with existing customers, and turn customer needs into solutions with fast, accurate quotes and professionally negotiated rental terms. The role also includes owning the customer process from quote through delivery and pickup, coordinating with various internal departments, tracking opportunities in CRM, protecting margins through value selling, and sharing competitive market insights.
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful outside sales experience in construction, rental, or a related industry.
- Working knowledge of construction equipment and its applications.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfort using ERP or CDK systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM applications.
- A valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle record, and ability to work in outdoor conditions.
- A self-starting, competitive, goal-oriented approach with a team-first mindset.
- Background and motor vehicle record checks are required.
