Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive or truck parts sales preferred
- Strong knowledge of Freightliner trucks and parts is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate truck parts and accessories
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including order entry and invoicing
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Freightliner products, parts catalogues, and inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering technical advice
- Manage inventory levels, restock parts, and ensure the showroom and storage areas are organized
- Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to fulfill customer needs
- Promote parts sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
