About The Position
Tobacco Road Golf Club, located in Sanford, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for an Outside Operations Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Requirements
- One month related experience or training.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Minimum of 2 days a week required for the schedule with flexibility on the days of the week.
Responsibilities
- Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
- Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
- Assists in educating players regarding the game.
- Directs start of play when necessary.
- Be able to operate a golf cart on a daily basis.
- Pick and maintain the practice facility in accordance with the standard operating procedure.
- Clean and restock golf carts between and after rounds.
- Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
- Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
- Assists with food and beverage activities.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Performs other duties as required.
