About The Position

Value Added Distributors, LLC is hiring a full-time, high-impact Outside Industrial Sales Representative for Northwest Wisconsin and Northeast and Central Minnesota. This role is designed for performance-driven professionals who are natural hunters, enjoy winning new business, and building lasting partnerships. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience (industrial/manufacturing preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint (SharePoint, Teams) and sales enablement tools
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and company strategy
  • Ability to build strong relationships with engineering, purchasing, and operational teams
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience a plus
  • Adaptable and willing to mentor others
  • Adherence to safety standards and company policies
  • Willingness to wear PPE when needed
  • Ability to travel extensively (~80%)
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Experience in OEM hose, hydraulics, or related industries
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Commitment to continuous development
