About The Position

The Outside Golf Services Attendant provides bag, golf cart, and driving range services to members and guests. This is an outdoor, hands-on position involving regular physical activity and manual labor. Weekday daytime hours available as well as weekends. The position does not include Beverage Cart duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of the game of golf and its rules.
• Ability to respond appropriately in emergency situations.
• Must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Dependable, service-minded, and comfortable working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Stage golf carts and perform basic safety checks.
• Load and return golf bags from the bag storage room.
• Set up the driving range, transport range balls, and place baskets.
• Operate the tractor and ball picker to retrieve range balls.
• Wash range balls and keep range areas ready for play.
• Clean, inspect, wash, charge, and properly store golf carts.
• Clean clubs for members and guests and maintain rental equipment.
• Keep the bag storage room clean and organized.
• Report found clubs to the Pro Shop and assist with other golf operations tasks as assigned.
