About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and driven Outside Fuel Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting sales goals by generating new leads and converting them into long-term business partnerships. You will also be tasked with prospecting in your assigned area daily, supporting current customers, and maintaining accurate customer information in our CRM system. A key aspect of this role is learning our product offerings to effectively explain them and recommend suitable options to clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience
- Ability to pass background and pre-employment screenings
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive and coachable attitude who wants to learn and grow
- Strong communication skills and comfortable talking with people
- Set goals, works hard, and achieves them
- Reliable, dependable, and follows through
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and remains calm under pressure
- Works well independently and in a team environment
