About The Position

You will be responsible for maintaining the expected level of task completion in a safe manner and maintaining the highest quality at all times. You will be expected to maintain the outside feed work areas and adhere to proper use of various containers and disposal of materials according to standard.

Requirements

• Collaborate extensively with PR Attendant and work closely with other departments including Quality, Agriculture, Maintenance and Operations
• You will be assigned to work outdoors.
• Display good work ethic, resourcefulness, and organization
• Adapt to changing situations and be able to establish priorities
• Complete and maintain paperwork in a neat an orderly fashion, compile, analyze and report data
• Follow standard work procedure and good manufacturing practices
• Work accurately with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Practice consistent and reliable attendance
• Available to work overtime including weekend
• Train and direct other associates as required
• Ability to successfully coordinate several activities concurrently.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred
• Basic math skills
• Heavy Labor lifting up to 50lbs
• Ability to climb, sit, twist and reach constantly
• Ability to push/pull and walk and frequently

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the team to include Quality Assurance and Produce Receiving to ensure produce flow.
• All other duties as assigned.
