About The Position
This is a Full Time position at Elk City ACE Home Center 2 in Elk City, OK. The primary role involves assisting customers with merchandise selection and loading, unloading and checking in freight, maintaining the yard and warehouse, and assisting with job site deliveries. Secondary duties include yard maintenance and assisting with glass/plexiglass services, as well as truck and forklift maintenance.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work flexible hours; including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of building materials
- Good physical condition for lifting
- Safety conscious
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and loading merchandise
- Unload freight and trucks
- Assist checking in freight and trucks
- Keep yard and warehouse stocked and cleaned
- Help with deliveries to job sites
- Communicate with call outs
- Yard spraying and mowing
- Help with glass and plexiglass, where applicable
- Keep truck and forklift maintained
