About The Position

Gratiot Integrated Health Network (GIHN) has an immediate opening for a full-time, master’s prepared clinician to provide behavioral health services to high-intensity youth and their families in the community and home setting. This position focuses on engaging youth and families where they are most comfortable, providing individualized, strength-based interventions to support stability, skill development, and improved family functioning. The Outreach/Home-Based Therapist will work collaboratively with families, schools, and community partners to ensure that youth have access to the supports needed for success. Services are provided primarily in the home and community, with flexibility to meet families during evenings as needed. The position maintains a small caseload size of approximately 12 families to ensure intensive, individualized support. This position may also include a small, back-up on-call requirement for crisis coverage if full-time crisis staff are unable to cover a shift. GIHN is focused on providing a healthy work-life balance with flexible scheduling with both in-person and remote work options. With one of our strategic priorities focused on becoming a leading employer of choice in Mid-Michigan, GIHN offers competitive salary, benefits and paid time off, all of which begin on your first day of employment.
