About The Position

This role involves coordinating patient/client appointments for consultations, meetings with community agencies, and diagnostic tests. The Associate will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining files and records, and collecting and organizing data for statistical reports.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.
• Ability to communicate effectively while being sensitive to cultural diversity.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual - fluent in Spanish, highly preferred.
• Prior experience with the LGBTQ community, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contacts patients; schedules appointments for consultations, agency meetings and/or diagnostic tests.
• Collects and organizes data required for statistical reports and completes reports, as required.
• Attends and participates in meetings as appropriate.
• Sets-up files and maintains records.
• Provides incoming and in-process orientation.
• Based on position, may be required to provide bi-lingual translation and/or guidance.
• Performs related duties as required.
