Reporting to the Director of Outreach, The Outreach Manager works with other Managers to design and implement GRID’s community outreach strategies while providing management and direction to the Outreach team in order to serve low-income clients in the Southern California Region. The Outreach Manager is responsible for meeting Outreach-related program goals while keeping in mind and supporting achievement of other GRID goals, including volunteer recruitment, job training, and partnerships. The Outreach Manager oversees a team that manages project pipeline development and coordination with property owners, managers, funders, and tenants for both multifamily and single-family projects. In providing strategic direction for the team, the Outreach Manager also serves as a point of contact for major donors, nonprofit contacts, and clients as needed in the client outreach, engagement, and management processes. This is an On-Site role sitting in Los Angeles, CA.
