Requirements

Experience leading team outreach huddles
Experience supporting top of funnel efforts to increase center/regional growth
Experience partnering with insurance agents
Experience partnering with service and clinical teams
Willingness to travel to other centers if needed
Experience supporting onboarding and development of new hires
Ability to adapt to regional and center-level growth needs
Ability to support Regional Director of Growth with schedule management

Responsibilities

Leading team outreach huddles in AM or PM
Supports top of funnel efforts to increase center/regional growth (i.e. field account engagement, event scheduling)
Actively partners with insurance agents to support individual/center/regional growth
Actively partners with service and clinical teams to support collaboration with Outreach
Supports overall growth of region by travel to other centers if needed, along with promotion of harmony and collaboration between outreach and CC sales
Supports onboarding and development of new hires
Adapts to regional and center-level growth needs depending on seasonality and individual need
Supports Regional Director of Growth with schedule management
Other Duties as Assigned by RDG
