About The Position
Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives? We're seeking an Outpatient Wound Care RN to provide specialized care for patients with acute and chronic wounds in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Associate of Science Nursing Degree required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Possess a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license active in the state of Nebraska.
- One to two years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Previous experience in wound care, medical-surgical nursing, home health, long-term care or outpatient specialty clinics preferred.
- Experience with advanced wound care modalities preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Wound care or related clinical experience preferred but not required.
- BSN preferred

Responsibilities
- Assess and treat acute and chronic wounds.
- Develop and manage individualized wound care treatment plans.
- Assist with wound care procedures and advanced therapies.
- Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.
- Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
