This position would work with a young adult population as part of CHR's Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) located in East Hartford. This program is designed to support adults ages 18-25 experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma related challenges who would benefit from a more structured and intensive treatment model. Typical days vary as there is the possibility to work with clients individually, in a group setting, or IOP. East Hartford Outpatient (EHOP) therapists have the unique opportunity to provide therapy to adults, children and families. Therapists see clients in person and through telehealth for diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, individual and family therapy sessions. Opportunities for case consultation, supervision, training and professional growth are provided. This is an approved HRSA/NHSC loan repayment worksite. All staff are required to work one evening a week (until 8PM) and attend one morning staff meeting a week.
