About The Position

River’s Bend is a growing Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use therapy practice providing innovative, evidence-based outpatient behavioral healthcare. We offer individual, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) levels of care. Our clinical team delivers professional, comprehensive, state-of-the-art mental health and chemical dependency treatment with respect and dignity. We are recognized with Blue Distinction by Blue Cross Blue Shield and hold Joint Commission accreditation for behavioral health. Our integrated electronic health record system supports all clinical services, and we offer a hybrid model for outpatient therapy. River’s Bend is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our team in West Bloomfield, Michigan. We welcome applications from both new and experienced Master’s level therapists. This role involves conducting thorough assessments and leading individual, family, marital, and group (IOP and PHP) therapy sessions for clients with mental health and addiction issues. Administrative support and mentoring are provided, along with supervision for licensure.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree.
• Fully Licensed: LMSW, LPC.
• Limited Licenses (LLMSW, LLPC) may be considered based on experience.
• Ability to utilize electronic health record system.
• Ability to utilize Zoom.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
