About The Position

Rolling Hills Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dynamic PHP/IOP Therapist to join our growing Outpatient Services team. As a PHP/IOP Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support to patients participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through group therapy, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and collaborative treatment planning in a supportive behavioral health environment. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday - Thursday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM, offering a consistent four-day workweek with Fridays off. Requirements

• Master’s Degree in the Behavioral Health Field (e.g. Counseling, Social Work, Psychology) REQUIRED
• Current Tennessee Driver’s License
• Current HWC and CPR Certification
• Experience in providing individual and group counseling to individuals in a psychiatric treatment setting
• Excellent telephone etiquette and tact
• Ability to interact effectively with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socio-economic classes, those in crisis or resistant or negative toward organization
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Basic data entry skills preferred
• Organizational, time management, problem solving, crisis management skills necessary
• Flexibility, creativity, and ability to manage stress necessary

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational group sessions
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Develop and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Document services in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Support patients in achieving treatment goals and successful transitions of care
