About The Position

NFS is the premier provider of behavioral health services in the region, experiencing rapid growth and seeking dedicated Outpatient Therapists. These therapists will collaborate with clients to leverage their strengths, enabling them to become their best selves and achieve their full potential. The role involves utilizing various therapeutic approaches, including individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. Opportunities are available for both full-time and fee-for-service (FFS) positions, allowing clinicians to make a significant difference in the lives of children, adults, or families. NFS offers competitive rates and incentives for outpatient services provided at their five locations across Massachusetts. All clinicians are W-2 employees, with full-time roles offering stable, guaranteed salary compensation, valuing their time and expertise even when clients cancel. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
  • Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years
  • Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
  • Must be able to provide services in-office.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
  • Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
  • Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Nice To Haves

  • Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
  • Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
  • Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
  • Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
  • Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
  • Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
