Outpatient Therapist (LICSW / LPC) – Spanish Fort, AL
About The Position
Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join their growing outpatient behavioral health team in Spanish Fort. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, collaborative environment with a strong referral base and consistent patient volume. The position is full-time, outpatient-only, with no call or weekend responsibilities. The therapist will have autonomy in their clinical approach with administrative support and will work alongside psychiatrists and midlevel providers in a team-based model within a modern clinic setting with full support staff. Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Active LICSW or LPC license in Alabama
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice To Haves
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic intake evaluations (CPT 90791)
- Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based interventions (CBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed
