About The Position
Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, individual and family therapy, and treatment planning for children and adults. The therapist delivers services in accordance with Medicaid guidelines, collaborates with treatment teams, and ensures accurate documentation. This role is based at the Raleigh, North Carolina location and is listed as full time with a day shift. The position may be combined with another job description if the caseload is insufficient to sustain a full-time position. Therapists must meet the licensure and/or experience requirements specified in the applicable service description based on the needs of the person served.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a human services field.
- Provisional or full licensure in North Carolina; accepted license types include LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent.
- Meet licensure and/or experience requirements specified in the applicable service description based on the needs of the person served.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Fully licensed clinicians may be eligible for the student loan repayment program at this HRSA-approved site.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnostic assessments.
- Develop treatment plans and provide individual and family therapy.
- Communicate with supervisors and treatment team members.
- Complete documentation in accordance with Medicaid and insurance requirements.
- Monitor client progress and update crisis plans as needed.
