About The Position

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) is seeking an Adult Outpatient Therapist to join their team. This role is part of a supportive group of therapists and offers coverage for after-hour client emergencies. The position comes with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. The ideal candidate will have experience with a range of disorders and ideally, training in trauma modalities. Free supervision toward licensure is available.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree
• Valid license (Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Psychologist) to practice in the State of Vermont, or be licensure eligible.

Responsibilities

• Conducting psychosocial evaluations
• Providing individual and group therapy
