We are seeking a compassionate and caring Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered therapy to amazing clients living with mental health and/or substance use challenges in our outpatient clinic in Whiteville, NC. Requirements

• A Master’s degree and mental health licensure are required (LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT (A)).
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel.

Nice To Haves

• Dual licensure preferred (LCAS (A)).

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations.
• Design and lead therapy groups, fostering connection and growth.
• Utilize passions and creativity in therapeutic approaches such as art therapy, mindfulness, or movement.

• Competitive salary: $55,000 - 57,000 for provisional licensure; range for full licensure starts at $58,000+
