We are currently seeking an Outpatient Therapist to facilitate Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups and provide exceptional care to our clients. This role focuses on supporting adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns through evidence-based group and individual interventions in a collaborative outpatient setting. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field, including completion of a clinical-based internship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services.
  • Experience facilitating group therapy.
  • Experience working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, or other mental health conditions.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT-informed interventions, ACT, or other cognitive and behavioral approaches is preferred.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions within a Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults experiencing a variety of mental health conditions.
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and psychoeducation to support symptom management, coping skills, and recovery.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and insurance reviews.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Communicate and coordinate treatment with referral sources, families, and external providers, as appropriate.
  • Maintain a minimum average of 25 billable sessions per week while meeting program needs.
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical operations.
