The Therapist provides comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services to individuals experiencing psychiatric symptoms, with a focus on recovery, wellness, and achieving personal goals. This role provides individual, family, and group therapy; conducts assessments and intake evaluations; develops and monitors treatment and recovery plans; provides crisis intervention and outreach; and connects individuals with appropriate internal and external resources. The Therapist works collaboratively with psychiatrists, clinical staff, families, and community providers to coordinate care and support positive outcomes. This position is also responsible for maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation and ensuring services comply with regulatory, payer, confidentiality, and agency requirements.
