About The Position
Northeast Family Services (NFS) is the premier provider of behavioral health services in the region, experiencing rapid growth and seeking dedicated individuals to join their team. NFS Outpatient Therapists collaborate with clients to help them identify and utilize their core strengths, enabling them to become their best selves and achieve their full potential. This is accomplished through a variety of therapeutic approaches, including individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. Bilingual and hourly opportunities are also available. All clinicians are W-2 employees, offered either full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions. Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
- Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years
- Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
- Must be able to provide services in-office
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
- Access to high speed secure internet required
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
- Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
- Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
- Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
- Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
- Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
