The Adult Outpatient Services program (AOP) assists adult clients who are recovering from traumatic incidents, substance use, or are looking to manage a chronic mental health disorder through psychiatric & substance abuse diagnostic evaluation and treatment. AOP has a tier-based productivity incentive program, with the vast majority of staff consistently exceeding productivity expectations and obtaining a bonus. Typical days varies as there is the possibility to work with clients individually, in a group setting, or IOP. There is regular weekly supervision provided to all non-licensed staff and biweekly supervision for licensed staff. Nonetheless, supervisors are always available whenever you are working to answer questions and offer clinical assistance when needed. This position is HRSA/NHSC Eligible. All staff are required to work one evening a week (until 8PM) and attend one morning staff meeting a week.
