National Counseling Group (NCG), an ncgCARE partner, is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our team. Requirements
- Must be licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling).
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with care teams as needed
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
- Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)
