About The Position

TLC Wellness is an outpatient behavioral health practice dedicated to providing accessible, human-centered, and evidence-based care to individuals and families. We are a mission-driven program focused on quality care, clinician sustainability, and community relationships. We are seeking fully licensed clinicians to join our expanding services in Charlotte, NC, who are passionate about providing excellent care and contributing to the growth and direction of a developing program.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active and unrestricted North Carolina clinical license required (LCSW, LCHMC, LMFT or equivalent).
  • Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy services.
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
  • Full-time employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
  • Specialty training or interest in areas such as trauma, eating disorders, neurodiversity, or family systems work.
  • Interest in helping shape and grow clinical programming within a developing practice.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and clinical evaluations.
  • Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans based on client goals and clinical presentation.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and community supports when appropriate.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as clinically indicated.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of clinical programming and systems as the practice grows.
  • Participate in team consultation and professional development opportunities.
  • Help shape specialty programming and service offerings.
  • Contribute to group development and community partnerships.
  • Participate in outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  • Collaborate on systems and workflow development within a growing practice.
  • Grow into leadership, supervision, or specialty roles over time.
