About The Position

Clarvida is hiring a Mental Health Outpatient Therapist in Greensburg, PA. This full‑time role offers competitive hourly rates, travel compensation, and opportunities for licensed clinicians to earn more than the non‑licensed scale. As a Mental Health Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy inside an outpatient clinic setting, maintain timely clinical documentation, and ensure compliance with state/local regulations - all aligned with Clarvida’s person‑centered, trauma‑informed care model.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical field from an accredited institution
• Verified clinical practicum or internship completed
• Licensed (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in Pennsylvania OR willing to work under non‑licensed rate if license is not held

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy for assigned caseload
• Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
• Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations as outlined in program requirements
• Adhere to state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to school‑based mental health services
• Collaborate with community partners to support clients
