Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC began in 2009 and has grown into a leading behavioral healthcare provider. This specific role supports adult mental health primary conditions in the outpatient setting. As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Therapist/Counselor will oversee the therapeutic services provided to a caseload of clients. This individual will act as the treatment plan coordinator for the multi-disciplinary team in the development and implementation of the master treatment plan and the discharge plan for each client. The Therapist/Counselor will provide individual, group and family therapy for assigned clients, as required by contractual and licensure obligations. This person will actively communicate with support staff, treatment teams, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues pertaining to clients and their family members. The Counselor will complete all documentation associated with these duties in a professional and timely manner.
