About The Position
Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking passionate Licensed Clinicians in Massachusetts for a 100% telehealth role. They offer flexible scheduling with either full-time salaried W-2 positions or hourly fee-for-service W-2 positions. Requirements
- Masters Level OR Licensed Clinician in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
- Compassionate, motivated clinician seeking flexibility and meaningful work
- Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
- Availability that includes some evenings or weekends
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
- Access to high speed secure internet required.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth
- Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
- Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
- Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
- Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
- Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
- Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
