About The Position

Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking passionate Licensed Clinicians in Massachusetts for 100% telehealth outpatient positions. They offer flexible hourly fee-for-service W-2 employment, competitive compensation, and robust support, including supervision, professional development, free CEUs, and licensure assistance. The role focuses on providing therapy, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating care, and maintaining documentation, allowing clinicians to focus on client care.

Requirements

• Masters Level OR Licensed Clinician in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
• Compassionate, motivated clinician seeking flexibility and meaningful work
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
• Availability that includes some evenings or weekends
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
