About The Position

Seeking a dietitian specialist to provide nutrition care for Outpatient Surgical Oncology and ALS Clinic. The role requires obtaining CNSC or CSO certification within one year. Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education for patients in a specialty area, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

Requirements

Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with at least 2 years clinical experience
Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable

Nice To Haves

CNSC or CSO preferred or willing to obtain within one year of hire
Oncology and strong nutrition support experience, preferred

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients in a designated specialty area to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
