About The Position

Vanderbilt Health is the region's largest comprehensive academic health system, comprising eight hospitals and over 180 clinics. We are dedicated to providing world-class care, advancing medicine through patient care, education, and research, and fostering a collaborative and supportive community. This PRN RN position is in the Hematology/Stem Cell Clinic and requires a commitment of 2 shifts per week, including 2 weekend shifts every 6 weeks, and working 1 major and 1 minor holiday. Shifts are from 7 AM to 5:30 PM. The role involves applying the nursing process to plan and implement patient care, including education and continuum of care planning, effective communication with the healthcare team, and collaboration in setting and evaluating patient goals. Professional growth is encouraged through continuous learning activities.

Graduate of an approved discipline specific program
LIC-Registered Nurse - Licensure-Others
Relevant Work Experience

Responsibilities

Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum.
