Outpatient/School Based Therapist
About The Position
Family Service Rochester is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to improving the well-being of children, adolescents, adults and families through accessible, compassionate and community-centered services. We believe that individuals and families thrive when they have access to quality mental health care in the environments where they live, learn and grow. We are seeking a School Based and Outpatient Therapist to join our collaborative team and provide mental health services across school and outpatient settings. As a therapist at FSR, you can expect to work as part of a team with a high level of support and consultation. Therapists at FSR are provided with numerous opportunities for professional growth as well as specialized training in evidenced based practices.
Requirements
- Completed or on track for LICSW, LPCC or LMFT licensure in the State of Minnesota.
- Strong foundation in trauma-informed practice.
- Experience working across the lifespan with diverse populations.
- Enthusiastic desire to work with children and families.
Nice To Haves
- Training in DC 0-5 Assessments
- Family systems work
