About The Position
Compass Intervention Center is a 108-bed facility treating children and teens, ages 10 to 17, who are struggling with psychiatric, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis disorders. Our treatment programs focus on youth and families dealing with emotional, behavioral, and chemical dependency issues, providing specialized, individual treatment to help each patient achieve positive outcomes. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing services within our outpatient behavioral health facility. The RN will be responsible for delivering safe, patient-centered care, supporting treatment planning and coordination, monitoring patient health and response to treatment, and maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation. This position is funded in whole or in part through grant funding. Employment is contingent upon the availability and continuation of applicable grant funding, program needs, and organizational approval.
Requirements
- TN RN license or Nursing Compact state license required (or eligible to receive/renew)

Responsibilities
