About The Position
Valley View is seeking a TEMPORARY Remote Outpatient RN Case Manager to assist Valley View outpatients and their families in the overall Management of their plan of care across the continuum, to include prior authorizations. This temporary position is from Mid-September to Mid-December, with a schedule of 40-hours per week.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum of 2 year's RN Case Management Experience is required.
- Must be working from residence in Colorado (preferred for remote position).
Responsibilities
- Assist Valley View outpatients and their families in the overall management of their plan of care across the continuum.
- Manage prior authorizations.
