About The Position
This is an opportunity for a Registered Polysomnography Technician in the Capital Region at St. Peter's Health Partner's Sleep Center. The technician will perform various types of sleep testing procedures, identify abnormalities, and ensure high technical quality of records while adhering to Department standards. This role also involves acting as a resource person for Licensed Polysomnography Technicians.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Polysomnography program with an AAS, registered (RPSGT) through the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists and a valid Polysomnogram License in NYS.
- Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program with an AAS and a valid Registered Respiratory Therapy License in NYS.
- One to three years' experience in a sleep lab.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use applied technology in a clinical setting.

- Sleep disorder specialist adds on or are registered (RPSGT) through the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologist.
