Outpatient Registered Nurse - RN
About The Position
As an Outpatient Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) at Fresenius Medical Care, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients receiving hemodialysis treatment. You will monitor patient health, educate patients and families, coordinate care, and help ensure treatments are safe and effective. The role is suited to nurses who value building patient relationships, providing education, and developing expertise in a specialized area. Paid dialysis training is provided, and dialysis experience is not required. The position offers an outpatient schedule without overnight shifts or Sundays, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement through the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). Work schedule: Clinic hours are 5:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with three shifts of 12–14 hours per week and two Saturdays per month. Hourly compensation is $29.00–$50.00, based on experience, location, skills, and qualifications. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it.
- Meet applicable state nursing practice requirements.
Nice To Haves
- One year of RN experience.
- Hemodialysis, nephrology, or chronic care experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate dialysis care to patients.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
