This entry-level Registered Nurse position is part of the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP RN 1) and focuses on providing and coordinating clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients. As a member of the Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) health care team, the CAP RN 1 will participate in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations. The role involves direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patients undergoing hemodialysis. No prior RN dialysis experience is required, as the position offers 12 weeks of paid and structured training with an assigned Preceptor and Nurse Educator.
